Youth Equine Leadership
The Youth Equine Leadership Program conducted its first workshop for enterprising youth from the Bhavishya Yaan NGO at the Amateur Riders Club. The 4-hour session focused on developing leadership skills through hands-on interaction with horses, offering a unique and transformative learning experience. Participants learned to navigate change, build confidence, and embrace leadership challenges. The program aims to break barriers between humans and horses, fostering personal growth and practical skills. At YEL, we look forward to creating more such impactful opportunities for the youth.

On December 16th, we hosted an enriching event for the students and alumni of Rotary Club’s Bhavishya Yaan, featuring speakers from three diverse fields who inspired and engaged with the youth. Each speaker shared their expertise, offering invaluable insights on leadership and personal development. Sundar Nathan, the acclaimed author of The Naraka Cycle, captivated the audience with his storytelling. Vivek Patwardhan, former Global Head of HR at Asian Paints and a respected Executive Coach, shared his journey and received accolades, including a Lifetime Achievement Award. Manasi Salvi, a prominent Indian film actress and YouTube sensation, brought a unique blend of glamour and meaningful content to her discussion, encouraging the youth to pursue their passions with creativity and confidence.

This event welcomed youth from the Bhavishya Yaan NGO for an immersive experience in news reporting, development, and publishing, guided by industry experts. As a memorable surprise, each participant received a printed newspaper featuring their photos after touring the printing press. We were also honored to host Ms. Tanishaa Mukerji, who shared her inspiring journey in the public eye, emphasizing essential life skills like leadership, communication, and creativity through engaging discussions with the youth.

The session also celebrated the launch of his new book, Timeless Tales to Ignite Your Mind, inspiring attendees with fresh perspectives on mindfulness, leadership, and personal growth.
